The Drake Cement plant, about 35 miles north of Prescott, Ariz., begins
full-scale operations June 17.
( Phoenix, Ariz. ) A new cement plant opens this week 35 miles north of Prescott. Cement factories have long been considered major polluters. Will this one be safe? The company says yes. KJZZ's Peter O'Dowd reports.
